About Celest Audio — Where Ancient Myth Meets Modern Sound
Our Story
Celest was established in 2021 as the second subsidiary brand of Yutai Acoustics (Dongguan Yutai Electronic Co., Ltd.), the acoustic manufacturer behind Kinera. Where Kinera looks to the Norse sagas, Celest turns to the ancient myths of China — creating earphones that pair modern hi-fi engineering with a story older than any playlist.
Our first earphone launched in 2022, and we have been growing ever since — earning international design patents, software copyrights, and the kind of recognition usually reserved for far more expensive gear.
Born from the Classic of Mountains and Seas
Celest means "the sound of phoenixes" — and our design language is rooted in the Classic of Mountains and Seas, the ancient Chinese text of mythic beasts and legendary lands. Names like Wyvern, Phoenixcall, Pandamon and Plutus Beast are not decoration: each one carries its own tuning philosophy, shell language and character, so every earphone tells a story as it plays.
The result is Celest earphones that feel like more than hardware — they are small pieces of wearable culture, tuned to sound as striking as they look.
Engineered by Yutai Acoustics
Behind Celest is a manufacturer with deep acoustic roots. Yutai developed the world's first high-resistance 5mm micro dynamic driver for military hearing aids before becoming an internationally recognized supplier of balanced armature drivers. That heritage gives Celest access to self-developed dynamic drivers, balanced armatures, planar magnetic drivers, electrostatic units, bone conduction technology and multi-driver hybrid designs — backed by 24+ patents and ISO 9001, CE, FCC and IPX4 quality certifications.
Every pair is assembled in-house in Dongguan, China, with 3D-printed, skin-friendly resin shells for a precise, comfortable fit. When you buy a Celest IEM, you get flagship engineering — at a price built for real people.
Great Sound Shouldn't Cost a Fortune
Our mission is simple: make advanced audio accessible. Too many listeners are priced out of genuine hi-fi, and too many gamers are stuck with muddy, laggy headsets. Celest exists to close that gap — delivering affordable IEMs with real bass, real detail and real resolution, so the first thing you notice is the music, not the price tag.
